Clifton was a famous psychologist who determined there are <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.depts.ttu.edu\/strengthsquest\/files\/CSfS_QRefGd_enUS_062619_eas.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">34 personality tendencies<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The assessment finds the top five tendencies that you lead with and where your greatest potential lies. These strengths are grouped into <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/cliftonstrengths\/en\/253736\/cliftonstrengths-domains.aspx\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">four domains<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Executing<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Influencing<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Relationship Building<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strategic Thinking<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The assessment and results are all backed by over 50 years of Gallup data.
